Brookhaven–PulsePath Deal

Brookhaven Diagnostics is a 14-site regional clinical lab group with $210 million of revenue. It is considering acquiring PulsePath, a 90-person specialty genetics lab in Austin with $41 million of revenue and 18% EBITDA. Brookhaven wants PulsePath's test menu and payer contracts. The board asked for a go/no-go and a bid range before an indication of interest is sent on Thursday.
