We store account data, practice responses, transcripts, optional voice recordings until you delete the account, resume files until you delete the report, analytics up to 24 months, support up to 2 years, and payment/tax records up to 10 years.

Processors include Stripe, Supabase, Vercel (hosting, cookieless Web Analytics, and Speed Insights), PostHog (product analytics and session replay, US Cloud), Railway, Sentry, Resend, and AI providers (OpenRouter, Groq, OpenAI) for scoring and transcription. Payments are handled by Stripe. Age 16+.

Analytics and consent: until you choose “Accept” in the cookie banner, PostHog runs without cookies or local storage and does not record sessions. After you accept, it sets a first-party cookie to recognise return visits and may record sessions (keystrokes in form fields are masked). Choose “Essential only” to stay cookieless; clear your browser storage to withdraw a previous acceptance.
