Brainstorming drill

MECE lists under a clock.

The room is a clock, a prompt, and a score. The method below is what Ned grades. Free accounts get a daily window.

How to structure it

  1. Buckets first. Three buckets you can size — customer / company / competitor, time horizon, or P&L line.
  2. Two ideas each. Specific enough to name an owner and a dollar.
  3. Rank. Impact on the decision metric times time-to-evidence. Kill one out loud.
BrightTrail, 90-day actions
Three buckets: price, mix, cost. Price: freeze low-return trade events and test retailer hurdles in two banners. Mix: shift spend toward core at $24 contribution. Cost: hold opex flat. I would run the hurdle test first — reversible, and the promo math already rejected blanket discounting.

Usual miss. Twelve slogans. “Improve marketing” is not an idea.
