BCG CCA
CCA simulator
Eight original numericals, one 12:00 clock, forward-only. Scheduling, time reallocation, percentages, patterns. Two questions without an account; Mock 1 after signup. Independent of BCG.
How to structure a CCA item
CCA is not a case. It is eight numericals on one clock. Circle the unit, write the operation, estimate, then punch. The exhibit is built to steal the denominator.
- Asked-for unit. Hours, people, percent, or a combined count. Circle it before you calculate.
- Equation. Write the operation in words. A move between desks does not change the total. Share is part / total.
- Estimate. 94 minus 51 on 94 is a bit under half, so 46% should not surprise you.
- Punch, then check the row. Then check you still answered the asked-for unit.
“Desk A has 31 tickets, desk B has 11. Combined is 42. Moving 9 from A to B does not change the combined count. Combined stays 42.”
Usual miss. Recalculating after the move, or copying a YoY cell because it looked like the answer.
Mock 1 · reallocation · Q1/8 · 12:00 remaining · forward-only
Desk A has 31 tickets, desk B has 11. You move 9 tickets from A to B. What is the combined ticket count after the move?
