BCG CCA

CCA simulator

Eight original numericals, one 12:00 clock, forward-only. Scheduling, time reallocation, percentages, patterns. Two questions without an account; Mock 1 after signup. Independent of BCG.

How to structure a CCA item

CCA is not a case. It is eight numericals on one clock. Circle the unit, write the operation, estimate, then punch. The exhibit is built to steal the denominator.

  1. Asked-for unit. Hours, people, percent, or a combined count. Circle it before you calculate.
  2. Equation. Write the operation in words. A move between desks does not change the total. Share is part / total.
  3. Estimate. 94 minus 51 on 94 is a bit under half, so 46% should not surprise you.
  4. Punch, then check the row. Then check you still answered the asked-for unit.
Mock 1, a reallocation turn
“Desk A has 31 tickets, desk B has 11. Combined is 42. Moving 9 from A to B does not change the combined count. Combined stays 42.”

Usual miss. Recalculating after the move, or copying a YoY cell because it looked like the answer.
